PUBLICATIONS
Throughout my career it has been my responsibility to train and guide users. My expertise is in the Microsoft line of products but I have learned several different platforms in order to serve my users completely. I also keep informed on issues such as security, portable media, and network solutions.
As a result I have created several publications to aid my users in learning such as reference manuals, tips and tricks, user and technical manuals to name a few. Periodically I conduct group training in which I create PowerPoint presentations to enhance the learning experience.
